1 to March 8 - Carnaval Ayacucho-AYACUCHO.
In the Andean towns like Ayacucho, carnivals are very well organized, as this will depend on the celebrations to be better than last year.

March 4-8 - Carnaval Cajamarca-CAJAMARCA
Cajamarca Carnival is known throughout Peru. The festival is carefully prepared by the whole people, which is dedicated to preparing their costumes months in advance. During the festival, was elected queen of the carnival between fine representatives of the various neighborhoods. The Queen leads the Corsican and floats through the city. 4 to March 13 - International Festival of the Harvest-ICA

This festival celebrates the abundance of grapes and wine in the region of Ica (4 hours south of Lima Road), where perseverance in working with green vines have covered large tracts of land reclaimed from the desert.
Harvest includes exhibitions, competitions, parades and floats, music festivals and parties where people dance to the Afro celebration.
One of the biggest attractions is the election and crowning of the Reina de la Vendimia, who runs his court with "the foot of the grapes to extract juice from the fruit that becomes liquor. Along with the delicious-tiles of fruit or pecans, stuffed manjarblanco and snow-covered bath-attendees may enjoy the vintage flavor of pisco grape brandy originating in Peru for nearly four centuries, that appeals for its aroma and flavor.
